Rebecca is currently Programme Manager for The Young Foundation, a social action research institute that supports communities to tackle inequalities using social innovation tools. She supports social innovation in Northern Ireland through the Amplify NI programme which uncovers inequalities faced by communities through ethnographic research techniques and supports them to take action to challenge these social issues. She also works across Europe in her role as Network Manager for the Community-Led Innovation and Intermediaries networks of the Social Innovation Community Europe, part of the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme. Rebecca is co-founder of a self-care supper club, giving women the space to have guilt-free time for themselves. She is committed and passionate about supporting grassroots, community-led social change across Northern Ireland, and the possibilities for European and global sharing, replication, and scalability of these innovations.
